Studio apartments in our main building at Madison West are 450 square feet and start at just $535 per month.
Our one-bedroom apartments are 660 square feet and begin at the reasonable price of just $600 per month.
Three to twelve month leases are offered and month-to-month leases are also available at a higher rate. For short-term leases, add a minimum of $175 per month to our regular 12-month lease rates.
The security deposit equals the first month's rent. There is only one pet allowed per unit, and there is a $25 monthly pet rent charge and a $200 refundable pet deposit.
